Judaism and Peace

Maggidah Shoshana Litman will present the class on Judaism and peace on Saturday, Sept. 20th, 7:30 to 8:30 pm at 838 Pandora Avenue.

Calling All Artists

October 27 at 7:00 pm
"Calling All Artists" reconvenes, to work on a mystical or otherwise intriguing text with Rabbi Hanna Tiferet. Artists of all persuasions--visual, graphic, fabric artists, musicians, poets, writers, dancers--who are interested in this wonderful creative process and are willing to commit to a series of study sessions and a gallery show in the late Spring are invited to attend. Honoring Jewish Veterans of WWII

On May 8, 2007 a special event was held honouring Jewish Veterans of WWII living on Vancouver Island. The day included a special luncheon for the veterans, a public ceremony in the presence of the Lt. Gov. of BC. and an exhibit of memorabilia donated by the veterans and veterans families.
